Shipping Policy

In general, we need 2-3 business days to get your order in the mail.  If you place an order during launch weekend, it can be up to 7 business days depending on the volume of orders.  We are a two lady show around here and large volumes of orders take time.  We currently use USPS as our primary shipping carrier, so shipping costs are based on USPS rates.  Most packages being shipped within the US arrive in 2-4 business days after they have been received by the post office.  The time frame depends on how close you are to us and USPS' volume!  Tracking numbers will be provided.

International shipping costs depend on the destination country and weight.  These rates are harder to predict and we recommend building a test cart to check shipping costs.  There may also be import/tariff fees when your package arrives.  These are charged by the customs office in your country and are based on a variety of factors, including country of origin (United States) and the contents.  Because of this, we have no control over the fees and don't know if they will be charged and how much they will be if they are.

 

Once a package has been received by the post office, we transfer liability to the mail carrier.  We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail and do not issue refunds or ship out replacement products.  We use the address you provide us for shipping, please make sure you input your address correctly.

 

Sometimes, a carrier may mark a package as delivered when it has not been delivered yet.  Please give your package a couple of days to arrive in cases like that and if your package still does not arrive, you can file a missing package claim with the USPS.  Because we are unable to confirm if the package was actually delivered or not, we do not ship out replacement products if the package has been marked as delivered.

 

Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns as we are not able to resell our products safely.  If something is missing or damaged in your order, please contact us so we can do what we can to make it right!

We list all the ingredients used in our soaps in every product page and on the soaps' labels so you can make an informed decision if you have allergies.  We cannot be held responsible if an allergic reaction occurs as we have no way to predict this.  You are responsible for checking for your known allergens.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.  Gift cards can only be used once and cannot be reloaded.  Multiple gift cards can be used at check out.  Gift card balance can be used for taxes and shipping and can be combined with other discounts (though discounts do not apply towards purchasing gift cards).  Our gift cards do not expire.
