Once a package has been received by the postal service, we transfer liability to the mail carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail and do not issue refunds or ship out replacement products in those cases. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier. We use the address you provide us for shipping, please make sure you input your address correctly.
